Northwest Mechanical is a LINC Franchise company for our commercial service division.  We provide HVAC and plumbing services for the Quad Cities and the surrounding area businesses.  Our technicians are skilled on many different types of equipment ranging from a standard roof top unit to an in-depth centrifugal chiller or control system.

Our technicians are courteous, friendly, precise, and always neat.  Each of our technicians has gone through extensive training with continuing education throughout the year. 

LINC Service maintenance programs were developed in recognition of the broad spectrum of mechanical systems requirements.  LINC Service provides extensive annual training and support to all Northwest Mechanical staff. 

All maintenance activities are initiated, directed, administered, monitored and updated through our software. This system assures services are performed on a regular basis and no tasks are overlooked. Technicians are dispatched for regular service throughout the year.
