We understand that inviting a service technician into your home can be a bit daunting. You want to know you and your family will be safe. At Northwest Plumbing Heating & AC, we are dedicated to hiring only the best field employees in the industry. Our trained technicians have all undergone extensive background checks and drug screens. They will wear company uniforms and carry identification because we want them to be recognizable to you.

TIM
Tim started working in the HVAC industry in 2003 and has been actively working in the field ever since. He has his Associates Degree in HVAC from Scott Community College, and is a graduate of the apprenticeship program.
Because the industry is constantly changing he takes a lot of continuing education classes to "keep up". He has certifications from many manufacturers is NATE Certified and specializes in residential and commercial heating and air conditioning.
Tim grew up in the Quad Cities and graduated from Durant High School. He currenty lives in Davenport with his wife of 5 years and young son who keeps them very busy. When he does not have his "customer comfort tools" or a two year old in his hands you might find him hanging onto a fishing pole, a golf club or a set of drum sticks.
Plumbers:
Brock
Brock is the Residential Service division foreman and has been with Northwest Plumbing Heating AC since 1994.
He is licensed for plumbing and backflow protection in Iowa and Illinois and regularly participates in continuing education classes.
Brock is an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He serves on the Building & Grounds parish council and is a regular participant in church activities.
He is married with 3 children. Outside of work, Brock enjoys camping, golf (the sport he "loves to hate") and spending times with his kids and family.
Scott
Scott has been in the HVAC industry since 2003, and has been with Northwest Plumbing Heating AC since 2007.
He is a licensed journeyman in Iowa, and is Med Gas and Brazing certified.
Scott has 3 children - 2 stepdaughters and 1 son. Outside of work, he enjoys watching NASCAR and working on automotive projects in his garage. He also enjoys landscaping around the house and taking care of his yard.
Stan
Stan has been with Northwest Plumbing Heating AC since 2002, and is licensed in Iowa and Illinois.
He has been married for 19 years and has 3 sons, the oldest of whom is currently in college.
Stan has been an avid NASCAR fan since 1994. When he's not working he enjoys golfing, watching football, hunting and working on computers and old cars.
He also loves dogs. He currently has a MinPin and German Shorthair Springer mix who loves to hunt with him.
